  • the right to install on any and all computers or reading devices owned by the individual purchaser:

  • the right to annotate, quote passages, print, and share e-book content within the spirit of fair use governed by copyright law;

  • the right of the e-book links owner to retained archive the e-book;

  • the right to re-sell purchased e-book license relinquishing ownership and access with ownership is transferred; and

  • the right to load the ebook while temporarily suspending purchaser's access.
